The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. Petition against Mirza Riza's wife, 1895
Muhammad Husayn (the canvas seller) and Muhammad Taqi Dih Khvariqani state in a telegram written by Amin Humayun to the Premier (Amin al-Sultan) that Mirza Riza's wife has presented a 47-year-old document in the name of Allah Virdi Khan as a 5-year-old document and by doing this she aims to reject Muhammad Husayn and Muhammad Taqi's ownership of the property. This property, as they indicate, belongs to these two persons and is the source of their income. They request that the premier help them not to lose the property.

Regarding the affair of Khanum Taj and Sayyid Karim, 1925
In a letter to Hujjat al-Islam Mirza Sadiq Aqa, the writer describes how Sayyid Karim has faked the divorce of Khanum Taj, daughter of Riza Khan Shuja‘ Lashkar and wife of Mirza Habib Allah Muntakhib Daftar, and they have fled from Amirabad village to Tabriz. After Mirza Habib Allah's complaint, Sayyid Karim bribed two Mullas and forced Mirza Habib Allah to divorce his wife in exchange for two villages, owned by Khanum Taj.
